Flash Research is a laboratory supply business focused on purity-verified research reagents, responsive support, clear documentation, and careful compliance screening.

We support research customers who need consistent sourcing, batch-level records, and direct access to safety documentation such as Certificates of Analysis and Material Safety Data Sheets when available.

Research Use Only

All products are supplied solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you represent that you understand and accept these restrictions.

• Products are not approved by the FDA for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of disease.
• Products may not be ingested, injected, inhaled, topically applied, or used in humans or animals.
• References to purity, concentration, or grade describe chemical characteristics only.
• Customers are responsible for safe storage, handling, disposal, and compliance with all laws.

Return & Refund Policy

Because research reagents can degrade, be contaminated, or lose chain-of-custody integrity after delivery, all sales are final once shipped.

• No returns are accepted for buyer's remorse, changed research plans, opened packaging, or storage issues after delivery.
• Wrong item, missing item, or visible transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims may require photos of packaging, labels, vial condition, and packing materials.
• If Flash Research verifies an error, we may replace, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping & Risk

Orders are packed for laboratory supply shipment and transferred to a third-party carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the package is accepted by the carrier unless applicable law requires otherwise.

• Carrier delays, heat exposure, theft, incorrect addresses, and local delivery issues are outside our direct control.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details and monitor tracking.
• We may assist with carrier claims when available.
• Customers are responsible for knowing local import, possession, and use restrictions.

Privacy & Data

We collect the information needed to operate the store, verify orders, provide support, reduce fraud, process payments, maintain compliance records, and improve site functionality.

• Account and order data may include contact details, order contents, support messages, and technical logs.
• We do not sell customer research data.
• Operational providers such as hosting, analytics, email, carrier, and payment systems may process data as needed.
• Ghost Mode may hide customer-facing order history after the stated retention window, while limited internal records may remain for fraud, chargeback, tax, carrier, and legal needs.

Quality Documentation

Flash Research aims to provide transparent batch-level information where available. Documentation may include Certificate of Analysis, HPLC purity data, appearance references, storage notes, and MSDS documents.

• Analytical values are batch references, not pharmaceutical claims.
• Independent verification is encouraged for critical research workflows.
• Any discrepancy claim must include credible lab documentation and must be submitted promptly.

Compliance Screening

We reserve the right to screen orders, accounts, messages, and checkout declarations for compliance. We may request clarification, cancel orders, restrict accounts, or refuse service when misuse risk is detected.

• Do not ask for dosing, administration, cycling, treatment, or animal/human use advice.
• Do not include non-research use language in checkout notes or support messages.
• Do not resell products as supplements, cosmetics, foods, drugs, or consumer products.
